I'm a natural, there are a few naturals here. I started at a very young age. Welcome to the site. It has been a wonderful site for me. Even as naturals you can learn a lot of cool things. I get about one a night or way more too.

Some people have been known to be able to control their dreams without realizing that its a gift, and wonder why no-one else can do it. It's certainly possible to be born with the ability much like one can be born with perfect or relative pitch. Both can be trained but if you already know it that's great!

I was a natural when I was a kid, but I lost the ability and now don't even have recollections of dreams when I wake up. I visited this site last year in December (after seeing Vanilla Sky), but soon forgot about what I had seen, and now strangely enough I'm beginning to have bouts of sleep paralysis, so I was drawn to this site once again (took me a while to find it though). It's good to see it's still populated!

Welcome to the forum! Your name is interesting. To answer your question, I started having lucid dreams before I even knew there was such a thing. I don't have them every night, but often enough to make it interesting.
