      Small Problem

I consider myself to be a deep sleeper and i dont easily wake up in the morning. This leads to a small problem for me. On weekdays when i have school, my mom wakes me up and i usually fall back asleep without even knowing it. This makes it almost impossible for me to remember my dream/dreams. If anyone has any suggestions for me i would greatly appreciate it! Thanks a lot!

You could try an alarm clock. Instead of putting it right beside you put it a little distance away from your bed so that you have to get up and switch it off.

It's basically just will power, you just have to tell yourself to get up. I find it quite hard to make myself get up when I just want to fall back to sleep but getting up and remembering my dream is more worthwhile.

The easiest way to remember your dreams is to just get up!

Also writing down dreams concretes them in your head, it seriously is the best way. If writing a dream journal seems to soppy for you another thing you could do is to go over the dream in your head picking out all the key details and mentally picturing it, although I still suggest you just write them down.

On a note, one of the best ways to get energy is to feel good about yourself, this can be done a number of ways, look at situations positively rather than negatively, instead of thinking 'I'm fat' think 'I could be thinner'. If you feel positive about yourself you make your feel less like a sack of meat and more like a individual which gives you great self-esteem and actually makes you want to get up in a morning.

      I'm deep

Edit: I do what the above said too, my alarm clock is on the other side of the room, get there and then realize it's not that far to go downstairs and get some breakfast.

Man, I have the same problem as you. I wake up at about 6:15 by alarm clock, go right back to bed, then my mom wakes me up, then i might go back to sleep. So thats not great for remembering dreams. I'm going to try and get more sleep and then use remembering dreams as a motivation for getting up.

Drink large quantities of water before bed. This will make you have to go to the bathroom somethime during the night. If you work on it enough, you can get it so it is just enough that when you wake up to go to school or whatever, you will have to go to the bathroom and won't have the choice to go back to sleep.

also, if you remember a part of your dream... think what you have done before..... before you go to sleep speak to yourself a lot of times "I will remember my dreams"..... i know it sounds strange but im sure it works for many of us
