      Really weird experience last night.

I had this really weird experience last night.

In the dream, I thought I woke up, but I didn't, so I thought I'd just get the image of me flying around to hopefully induce an LD. But little did I know that I wasn't awake, it was actually an LD.

The weird thing is something that happens to me every night, I'll think "That's it, I hate this dream, I'm waking up."

At the end it always seems to clue in that I'm dreaming, only I never really think of it. I sort of changed dreams last night, which was what was weird. When I said that I'd end it, I just went into a whole new dream. Isn't that a way of knowing your dream? Could I turn that into a dream?

Anyone know what the heck any of that stuff is? Thanks a bunch.

Well to start off that seemed like a false awakening, leading on to a very low level (little or no control) lucid dream! So well done there.

If you do that again and go into "a whole new dream" it would be a very good idea (if you're a little more lucid) to try and think logicaly while doing so, that way wour mind should be alert in the next dream which would either 'bring your lucidity into the next dream' or make you more self aware, which could lead on to an LD.
