      Sleep walking

This goes back to my topic before "Am I Dreaming or Not"? I have a feeling I was sleepwalking last night when I thought I was dreaming. A session of sleepwalking is usually only 30 min and thats exactly how long I was asleep. I mentioned the door was unlocked when I woke up from it being locked before I went to bed. Then in the morning how all the lights and doors were unlocked. I remember in the dream going outside. I knew I was dreaming I kept forcing myself to wake up. Could have I been really sleeping walking and if not how do you know that you are?

Sounds like you could have been sleepwalking. I usually become aware of it if i find myself waking up in another part of the house, and realise what's happened.
I do it quite a lot actually, and i talk in my sleep!
