Hello lucid people,

It is my first time here, it seems like a very interesting and good place. The dreamguide and adaptation programs are excellent opportunities I haven't seen before anywhere else.

If it matters I am 28 and I hope to have the pleasure of talking with many of you ...

I have had OBEs or WILDS between 10 or 15 times, and lucid dreams something like 20 times or so. So I am not totally new, but at the same time I am not a tutor. It has been too long since I have tried to dream lucidly mostly because of life circumstances but I never forgot the thrillness, expansion, feeling of freedom in lucidity and the joy of being able to achieve it without prior experience.

I actually chose to study psychology because of my experiences with these phenomenons. And time passed 4 years and many other things caught my attention, and now I have chosen to turn my interest back towards that which the interest in psychology mostly arose from - lucid dreaming and consciousness.

So I am actually here because of two things 1) Personally to get involved 2) Academically, maybe I would like to do some in-depth internetinterviews with skilled Lucid Dreamers in the future if it is OK with some of you.

If any of you know of a specific good academic article or book, or know of someone who has written about lucid dreaming in school or at the university I would be very very happy to hear about it.

Take care
