      Dream Recall

so, the last few nights I would read a bit of dream related material, before going to bed, sometimes I will wake in the middle of the night, but I cannot remember a single thing from any dream I had. could this be stress related? I have been under pressure lately?
      any help is appreciated

      Thanks,
      OA

Your dream recall can definitely be interrupted by stress. If you wake up, and you begin to think about your stressor(s), you will almost immediately forget your dream even if you had recalled it 10 seconds earlier.

So, my suggestion is just tell yourself there's not much you can do about whatever is stressing you out in the next minute, which is all you need to record your dream(s) down.

It could definetly be stress...or....if you are waking yourself up to record dreams, it could be that you are not or have not gone through the REM stage of sleep yet. This is all that i can come up with. Keep practicing and your DR will improve!

I'm going to go with the stress, I haven't been waking my self up to record, it usually just happens on its own. but, just lately I have had these problems.

I've also recently purchased B-6 that I have yet to use, I think ill wait until Im able to remember some dreams before I use it though. unless any of you have other suggestions pertaining to it.

      thanks
