      Hi all

      Hi everyone,

      I just joined your community seeing as I've gotten completely obsessed with lucid dreaming.
      I've only really known about it for a couple of days, cause my cousin (lucky him) suddenly started doing WILDs on afternoon naps, not knowing anything about lucid dreaming. After he told me about what had happened to him I suddenly thought about lucid dreaming (which i'd read something about in school about 2 years ago) and started looking stuff up.

      Like I said, I'm intrigued by it now and I'm trying to learn to do it myself. I've started keeping a Dream Journal yesterday (I remembered a lot of things yesterday when i woke up, but could hardly remember anything this morning).
      I've also been trying to make a habit out of perfoming reality checks during the day and stuff, so yeah... Now I'm just gonna have to wait till I can go to bed again.

      Welcome Umbrella! You've already taken the important steps of doing reality checks and keeping a dream journal. Next I would reccommend going to the tutorials http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=16 and reading up on all the different techniques.

      haha hello everyone, i'n that cousin(lucky me) that started Wilding in the afternoon while taking a nap, and told my cousin about it, and he knew what it was, sinds then we are both obsessed with Lucid dreaming,
