      When Wilding...?

When Wilding do you have to open up your dream eyes and when would it be a good time for me to do so?

I have just started Wilding and the first time I actually went pretty far to the point where i was hearing sounds (Sounded like car crashes or gunshots) I would wake up so fast that i'd get annoyed. I've been reading a bit and alot of people have said they opened there dream eyes when wilding so i wanted to know if thats what i had to do. Also What exactly do I have to do when i'm in SP, because at that point i just randomly do things that never seem to work or i just fall asleep.

O also do I have to sleep 5-6 hours before i try and wild or can i just try it?

      Re: When Wilding...?

      Congrats on your progress!

About the Dream Eyes, sometimes you have to open them, sometimes they are already open. I think I have to open them about 5% of the time I WILD.

Not sure I understand your question about sleep paralysis. By the time your body fully enters SP, you should already be in the dream state.

5-6 hours works best for most people. The objective is to wait until very late in your sleep cycle so that you will re-enter sleep during a REM cycle. It takes about 6 hours until your cycle is >90% REM.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
