      Dry Spell sucks

      ok, im going through a dry spell which sucks, but the one thing about it is that i cant remember any dreams now. it didn't hit until several nights later. did the dry spell cause this or what?

      I know excatly what your talking about. I have had a dry spell for five years now and now trying to find a way to end it. To regain lucid dreams I'm still working on. But the other day I was finally able to recall a dream. Before I went to sleep I did a simple meditation and said reapeatedlly to myself "I will dream, I will know that I am dreaming, I will wield my dream, I will remember my dream!" I was able to recall my dream but sadly I did not go lucid or at least luid for a long enough time to call it lucid.

      I hope this is of some use to you. Remeber "A dream is a door. Strength of mind is the key."
