      Hello all

      I've been practicing lucid dreaming for about 2 years.. only started again recently. I've posted on these boards before, but it has been awhile.

      I attained lucidity 4 nights in a row after several months of a dryspell.. without trying. I thought that would be a good start to taking another swing at lucid dreaming.

      Just a hello and I will make an effort to contribute something to these forums

      Welcome back, Lance...

      I too, have been through a bit of a dry-spell...but I have also experienced profound sleep disorders lately as well.

      I find that if I spend time on this website before I go to bed it helps alot...reading user LD's, just thinking about LD'ing...and listening to Coast to Coast AM gets the juices flowing, too

      Again, welcome back, and I look forward to your stories/input on the site!
