dream recall can be tricky and requires practice. like lowercase alluded to, a dream journal can help. when you awake try to prevent that rush of thoughts that always enters our heads upon waking; instead, just ask yourself what you were just dreaming. then ask yourself what you were dreaming before that, etc. (often reliving your dream backwards can help.) |

Each new day is a chance to turn it all around.
Fade from your memory real quick. When you remember your dream in the middle of the night, write it down, then go back to sleep, because when you sleep, you forget your dream usually... I know I do, when i'm to lazy to write it down in weekends |

These are the tears that I dream about...
[size=18]Im glad that I had many replies, I started a dream journal and found that 2 dreams poped up very fast. I still have trouble recalling them, but i started performing random Reality Checks. These will help in the long run. I cant wait to start looking forward to sleeping. |

Hehe, I could probably work that into a really cheesy pickup line |

[size=18]Thanks for the link, im very busy now, so i have like a 1 week grace period. I have many more dreams in my journal now so the next step is to start dreaming lucid. Im open to suggestions, My dreams havent had any real "failures" as in a light switch not working, or not being able to run. I think that we tend to only rember the dreams that have meaning to us, e.g. a nightmare where were scared witless, or a first date where were left breathless... |
