Hey, iv spent the last 2 days reading posts/tutorials on this sight and it is a friday, meaning i can Try techqies tonight, and tommorrow night. All night if i have too. If any expericanced members have any suggestiosn for me that would be cool..Im planning on Wakeing up after about 4.5 hours of sleep and theres a teqniq were you wake up when you are very tired then get comfortable..clear your thoughs, and just lightly tap 1 fingure on pillow or sumthing for approx. 30 seconds, but without concentrating on it or counting. Then doing a RC and u should be in a LD. If it dosnt work jus wake up in anoher 20minutes and try again, and agian, and again untill you get it. I also want to Wake up after about 7hrs of sleep chill for 60minutes (have a cappaccino) and try to WILD. Please if you have any suggestions for my first LD tell me. Also are there any certain times to wake up? Becuase you have to be in a REM cycle right? I guess you cant jus do it all night right becuase ur only in a REM stage during certain parts? So i couldnt like sleep for 4hours then litarilly wake up every 20minutes trying the pillow tapping techniq? Please Respond Thanks So much. |
