      Hi there, noob here...

Hey, just saying hi and introducing myself really.

I've been having lucid dreams for many years, but never really though about improving the quality or quantity of them until now (hopefully this site will help ).

I've had some very lucid dreams; able to recall what day it currnetly is, the fact I have work in a few hours, ability to change the scene, maniuplate 'physical' objects, and of course fly (which seems to be the first thing I always do when I become lucid).

Recently they have been poor though, I've tried to change the scene ands just woken up. Maybe I should try the spinning technique?

My dream recall is very good, I can remember around 8 dreams in the morning and during the day.

      That's all for now

      First off, welcome!

My first question would be to ask if your sleeping patterns have changed at all. You may becoming lucid later in your dreams than you have in the past, causing you to be closer to waking, so that when you try to take control of the dream you end up waking up. Or, has your level of lucidity changed? If you're becoming lucid during a really exciting point in your dream, or if you're becoming very excited or emotional when you become lucid, that can also cause you to wake up easier.

My advice would be to try and make sure your dream is stable so that you're not just going to wake up as soon as you try to do something. I can't really think of anything else just now.

Anyway, I'll see you around. Sweet lucid dreams!
