I've never tried to have lucid dreams, or even tried to control them. It just happens. It always freaked me out, because I thought that since I'm dreaming I shouldn't be able to control them. |

Why not turn your dreams into something constructive? You can use dreams as vessels for learning and experiencing new things. I can't imagine why anyone would want to get rid of it. In any case, welcome the the forum! I hope you have a good time here! If you need here, I am here, as are most of the other DVers. We're a friendly bunch and we don't mind giving out a little help and advice. |

I can't think of anything I'd want to do though. I guess it is useful, since I no longer have nightmares because I can control it. It's better to be rid of the nightmares. |

haha ya video games are great, but dont forget all the other great stuff. theres like a sticky somewhere on this website that has a whole list of things to do. i would recommend reading Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge, but it appears you already have the gift. But it might give you some more views on how to control and have more fun in your dreams. |
