Thread: Dream Control

Hi, I just had a werid experince and I wanted to share it. I had no idea that there was a concept dealing with dream control until today when I searched it on the net. I've been having trouble sleeping for a number of years now. I have diabites and I wake up to use the restroom at least 3 times a night. Once I'm up it takes another hour to get back to sleep. So I've been without Rem sleep for quite some time. I've recently gotten my blood sugars down and I am now able to sleep through the night. I've started dreaming again. Last night I had a very scary dream in which my wife fell to her death. After that I saw her in a hall way and was telling her how thankful I was that it was only a dream. That's when I realized in my dream that I was in the process of dreaming. About the only control I could do was clear everything and just float in a grey cloud. Kind of like micro gravity. It was very interesting to me.
