Hello |
|
I have recently discovered Lucid Dreaming and I have become facinated in it within 3 days of reading about it. I just wanted advice on how to start. I have read some tutorials and have found that there are techniques for people who are much more experianced than me. I just wanted advice for someone who is JUST starting. My dream recall is probably the worst ever. The last time I remembered a dream, I don't even know. |

Try setting an alarm like 5-7 hours after sleep. As you can probably read from my signature, the best REM's (Stage of sleep where you dream) start to occur at that time. You can even set multiple alarms for one night, an alarm will very likely wake you up in the middle of a dream, resulting in you remembering it. Do this until your recall gets better. |

I have a terrible dream recall as well, in fact I remember about one dream per month. Surprisingly, when I told myself "I will remember my dreams when I wake up" and concentrated on keeping that thought until I feel asleep, I managed to remember two dreams exceptionally clear. |

Thank you very much. What I meant before about the techniques being too advanced for me, is that keeping a dream journal and writing down your dreams is pretty hard to do when you cannot remember any dreams at all. Just clarifying. |
