      Hi Everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm here and am new to Lucid Dreaming. I hope to learn really quick. I've come across here when looking a topic on the Zelda Universe fourm. They had talked about Lucid Dreaming and provided a link to this site. I really hope I can share my experiences and have fun with Lucid Dreaming!

Hey there and welcome to the forum!
That is cool that someone did that, who did that?
Well, other than that, I would recommend that you start a Dream Journal to help strengthen your recall, and you might want to check out the Tutorials Section
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

      PS: Zelda 4ever. NES 4ever

      Welcome to forum!

As nesgirl mentioned, a great place to start is starting a DJ (dream journal). Recording your dreams will clue you in to patterns and dreamsigns to help you become lucid later. You should be recalling about 1 dream per night for about a week before moving on to induction techniques.

I'm reading this book right now, and I find it a HUGE help. It's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (more commonly refered to on this forum as EWOLD) by Stephen LaBerge. I'd check it out for more information if you're interested. It makes for great bedtime reading.

Good luck, have fun, and please don't hesitate to contact any Dream Guide with questions!

Okay. I just might check out that book after I start my dream journal. Well, again, thanks for the info Burns.

No problem! I also love books - this one's a must-have for anyone interested in LDing. I bought it at Borders for like $6.99 - Totally worth it!

Yeah, I really wanted to buy EWOLD. But after like three days searching bookstores for it, a helpful clerk told me that it wasn't available for sale in NZ. Apparently, it's just not sold here, at all. Dunno why... god(s)(or-lack-thereof) know(s), we've got enough new-age types and hippies here to be interested in the content...

But, no, no EWOLD. Sad me.

Amazon was too frakkign expensive, given the extortionate prices they charge for shipping half-way across the globe. No second hand copies readily available...

Suffice it to say, I HAVE acquired a copy, but I'm not going to go into how.

But goddamn it, why don't they sell it in NZ! Argh! So stupid...

But yeah, I'm about halfway through EWOLD, and it's good stuff... pretty much everything you need to know about LD-ing... the basics, anyway, and quite a bit more. Yeah... like, good stuff.
