      continuing previous dreams?

I was just thinking and wondering if its possible to continue a dream where a dream left off, say u went lucid in a dream could u tell urself u wanted to start the dream right where another one left off? Almost like a "save" in a video game? Cause sometimes some dreams are just really cool and i wish i could continue them or mayeb u wanted to start a new thing called SIM Dream where u created ur own dream world lol and watched it devolpe i dunno.

that's possible. If you read through your Dream Journal, you should see that there is a continuity in your dreams, some dream patterns or themes you experience over and over, albeit with different variations. I think the save mode you're talking about is hard, but not impossible.

this past night i had a series of three consecutive dreams that were continuous from one to the next. i didn't plan for it to happen...i guess i was just thinking about the last dream i had had while falling asleep.

Yup, I've continued dreams before, not only the same night, but over a few days. It's pretty cool, actually, because I didn't try to re-enter them. It's great going back into a good dream.
