      Is there a name for this?

      I was wondering if there was a technique that goes like this, if this is at all possible:

      You focus on an object, very hard, and then you think about it in your sleep, and that object would become your dreamsign in the dream.

      Could someone link me to the tutorial?

      Hey there and welcome to the forum (sorry it took so long...I cannot post on Sundays!)

      I believe that is called DILD, when you remember an object for that long, and yes, I can indeed link you to the Tutorial

      You might also want to check out the VILD technique, since your dreamsign would be visually incubated.
