      meine Einleitung - My Introduction

Hello, im 17, male and im from South-east London, Ing-er-land, UK
      You can call me Jeremy

I've maybe had 25 Lucid Dreams in my life, and maybe 10 experiences with the sleep paralysis/OBE phenomena. Some things you should know about me.

I'm someone who is very critical and philosophical, I am very good at abstract concepts and im naturally talented at dream interpreting. I am the person my friends go to if they have a dream bothering them.

I take ZMA before bed time, i've had intense vivid dreams from them. However, as days go on and on. I am noticing I am having sex everday in my sleep (some may think how is that a bad thing? I just find it a little guilty) Maybe its because ZMA is a testorone booster (NOT steroids) and because im 17 its over-the-roof. Should I be worried? It's not like im depressed or anything, but when I wake up I feel like i may have a problem if its a repeated occurence.

Im studying Moral Philosophy, English Lit, Sociology, Drama. and i make music on www.myspace.com/sonarkhemist so check it out :-) My mum's going to take me to Church this morning (eugh!)

      Hello Jeremy and Welcome!
What do you need ZMA for? Your testosterone will skyrocket, so don't be surprised if you have occurring thoughts about sex in your dream and waking life. But ZMA or not, having sex in your dreams is quite normal! So don't worry about it.

      Welcome to the forum!

Sounds like you've got a lot to contribute to this forum. We're always in need of people to post good interpretations in the Interpretation Forum. And if you're interested in philosophy and extended discussions, check out the Off-Topic Discussions.

Check out some tutorials if you haven't already, to start improving on your LDing ability. And please feel free to post any questions, or contact any Dream Guide.

And on a side note about the ZMA, I agree with Unicorn - why do you need it? There IS such a thingsas having too much of a good thing, you know. Yes, sex dreams are normal, but you don't want them to take over your dreaming world due to these supplements! Try laying off them and see how you do.

Anyway, good luck and have fun!

Hehe. Thanks for welcome, I use it for my bodybuilding, I'm 4 months, From 55kg to 61kg, I use to be quite a skinny 5'6 guy but im pretty ripped now.

I'm a bit of a supplement freak, from Ginkgo to Green tea, to fish oils and creatine, anything I fancy to dabble in.

Anyone know where I can purchase Calea Zacheatechichi from the UK?

      Holy fucking hell. Jeremooshka!

      The internet is so small.

      How the hell?

      Welcome. This is trippy.

99.99% of the teenage population does or has tried smoking pot. If you have and you've enjoyed it, copy & paste this into your signature line. Everyone else, you're lying!

Yeah... I got loads of dreams I haven't been bothered to type up with, maybe this strange discovery will inspire me to write them down. I got attacked by a gay hairstylist in my dream last night, I also was on some weird trip with my school and taking glowing fruit from trees, we were basically adventuring this castle/mall complex and I can't be bothered to get into detail (too late in the day to recall). I ended up luciding when I was driving in a car and noticed a 'dark storm' approaching across the horizon and it looked menacing. I said to myself 'this is a dream' and then I got out played around in the trees. Then all of a sudden, I get attacked by an invisible force (sleep paralysis) I ended up singing Michael Jackson songs to make it less terrifying in my sleep. it didn't work haha, talk to you on msn.
