      hi everyone

      I used to have lucid dreams quite a lot, but didnt know other people had them. That was a couple of years ago though, and I'm trying to have them again now.

      When was your last lucid dream, and how often did you have them? I'm not a natural myself but this place has helped me loads!

      A good way to start having LDs again is to keep a Dream Journal. Also, you might want to take a look at the tutorials as well to help you get a good idea of starting again!
