      Hello, members of dreamviews

A warm welcome to you all. I hope this message finds you in good health. May all your dreams come true. (pun intended)

Last night I had what is termed a "lucid dream" it seems. I walked around my house in the early hours of the morning. (4 am) realizing I was asleep already and that it was not my house but a dream version of what was suppose to be my house

Due the previous event of me falling asleep and leaving my body. I did not consider that I was not present. The dream felt very real indeed and lasted for atleast 10 minutes until I woke up. I wondered around the dream scene. Wondering how long this intriguing event was to last.

My question I put to you is what is the difference between the self present in a lucid dream. And the self present in reality?

I joined all the teams on this site, and labeled myself a lucid master. I hope this disturbs no-one.

      Thank you for your time.

Good question to start your stay here at DV. I can't honestly say I know how to answer it either. In myself, I don't percieve a difference between self in an LD versus in reality. Hard to explain, I guess.

      Good luck and enjoy yourself.

Here's another question then: The Bible says that thinking about yourself committing sin is the same as committing that sin (for example: murder). So would God consider sinning in a dream (lucid or not) a valid sin? And because some people have very good control over their dreams, are they more responsible than others?
I have no idea what the answers are, I just thought of the question.
