Thread: Hi Im new

Hello Em, welcome to Dream Views!

Do tell us about that lucid dream, it'll be interesting to read. Also I'm sure anyone here will help you with lucid dreaming, just PM someone and I'm sure any of us will be glad to help.

Hi from another newbie here

My lucid dream...
It started off being a nightmare (the worst nightmare I have ever had). I was talking to this girl who I didnt know. We were in a cave that was high up on a cliff and it had old dusty furniture in it (I have no clue why I was up there).

The girl was telling me how her whole class was murdered by a psycho when she was only 6 (she had been lucky and escaped) I was really upset at this point because I used to know one on the girls who was murdered (not in reality only in the dream)

The girl asked me if I wanted to see a school picture of the class that was murdered. I said yes. She took a picture off the wardrobe and pointed to a little girl. She said that it was 'fun to kill that one' I realised that she was the one who murdered all the kids. She watched my reactions and said 'that’s right... It was all me...' She then came towards me and I knew she wanted to hurt/kill me. I got really scared and panicky.

All of a sudden I thought. This is stupid. I’m dreaming. I told the girl that she wasn’t real and then I told her to melt. She melted in to this horrid sticky sludge (eew). I then flew out of the cave and explored the dream world. I had a bit of trouble flying about 4 minutes after I started and I just floated back down to the ground but I found it pretty easy to get back up there. After I had explored a bit I landed and tried to make some things appear (chocolate and a pencil) but it didnt work. I then woke up.

Sounds like a pretty intense dream, very cool. And you had a fair amount of dream control too.

Thanks, It was a very cool dream. The best bit was making that girl melt.
I always thought that when I first became lucid I would wake myself up with excitement but I didnt.

I did wake up with excitement. I did the levitation test, and it worked, and then it all went dark. I idn't know about spinning yet...I'll try that next time...
