Thread: Strange experiences

I'm really confused, and with time constraints haven't had alot of time to gander through this forum, i hear of WILD...maybe it has a slight connection with ringing...

First off, i've had sleep paralysis but with an added high pitched ring that seems to endlessly increase in volumne. But more recently, actually just about 20mins ago I was dreaming, unaware... I think I was someone talking but i changed to the person who i was talking to..who was listening to headphones. I just kinda swapped realities lol- this was followed by a feedback sound, a ringing but abit more complex like a very short musical rhythm, which sped up and kept getting louder. (again like feedback)

then of course i noticed i was dreaming and tried to wake up as quick as possible because of the loudness of the ring... but minor sleep paralysis... still dreaming but felt like i was underwater trying to surface. It took alot of willpower, i felt like i was almost awake but then i'd get tired and fall deeper into unconsciousness, i literally had to fight to wake up because of the ringing lol

This is kinda messed in the dark happening, im wondering if its normal for alot of people?
