      A quicky... ;)

      Meh, Just a quick question.

I've expierienced this quite a bit, and seemed like it would be a normal thing that other people have expierienced.

Obviously I set my alarm in the morning to wake up to go to work, or a year ago, to go to school.

Sometimes I will wake up in the morning and I will have my cell phone in my hand(cellphone= my alarm clock) with no recollection of ever grabbing it and shutting it off that morning.

But the thing is, usually on the days that this is happened, I would sometimes have a half WILD... but only for seconds and then it would become just a very vivid dream with no control what-so-ever.

Just curious if anyone has expierenced this as well? The no recollection of ever grabbing, or shutting off your alarm, or coming into a fading WILD?

When you wake up and fall asleep right away you don't remember it because you weren't awake long enough.

or coming into a fading WILD?
Do you mean that you see HI? That's because when you wake up you're very tired and close to falling asleep, so you can see HI much faster as if you were going to bed in the evening.

I often have no recollection of turning my alarm off in the morning, i now have 3 alarms set to go off to make sure i wake up, and sometimes i awake with the alarm in my hand. This time first thing in the morning is usually when i have my most vivd dreams.
So long, and thanks for all the fish.

I can't say I have experinced this. Most of the time, I wake up just a few seconds beofre my alarm comes on and I put it on pause and slowly wake up.

Ehm, a little bit of HI. It's not very vivid though, and maybe a little more than when i'm first falling asleep.

But thanks for the replies. I just thought it was completly wierd to wake up not remembering ever shutting off my alarm, let alone wake up with it in my hand on the other side of the bed as if i turned over too.

Something funny happened to me today.
Yesterday I set one alarm on 8.00 to do WBTB and put it away from my bed so I had to get up to shut it off. I put another alarm right besides my bed and set it on 11.10.
I went to sleep and the next thing I know is I woke up at exactly 11.00 and both alarms were shut off standing besides my bed.
