      greetings

I guess I never really introduced myself,

I'm 22, and I live in a small town that goes to bed around 9, so several weeks ago I decided to start doing the same, and making something of it. I've had several breif windows of lucidity, and I'm looking to learn how to extend and control my experiences. Thanks to all those who put this site together, it is an excellent resource!

Welcome to the forum. Make sure you read the tutorials. Pick a method that you feel is best for you and go with it. Since you've already experienced a little bit of lucidity, attaining it fully shoudn't be such a big problem. Good luck. If you need any help, you can always contact one of us Dream Guides. We love to help whenever we can.

Hey there and welcome to the forum!

Like Gwen said, you should probably look at the tutorials to aid you. Also, keeping a Dream Journal will also help with this.

I've actually been keeping a dream journal for years, but now that I've made recall a priority, it's getting fuller faster...
