      Hi everyone!

      Hiya everyone, I'm new (You may have guessed this already...) and this sites great! I was listening to hallam FM at the time, and the presenter said something about lucid dreaming, and read out this site adress, so i scribbled it down, and here I am!

      I haven't had any lucid dreams yet, but I got a dream diary for Christmas which I now realise could come in very handy.

      Please help me out if I go wrong anywhere, (Not like the other forums I've been on) and point me in some good directions!

      Hi, welcome to the board!
      Check out the dream recall section to start with, so you can improve that and begin to spot your dreamsigns.
      Also look at General discussion, for all general questions related to dreaming.
      When your recall starts to improve, you can start implementing reality checks according to your dreamsigns.
      Take a look at attaining lucidity and the dream control section for help on all this.
      Also, the Tutorial section is a great place to look to find methods to help you on your quest to lucidity. there are so many, if one doesn't work after you've tried it for a week or two, you can always pick something else.
