I've been flirting with the notion of getting back into lucid dreaming for a couple of years now. 25 years ago it seemed all I did while sleeping was lucid dreaming. Once I had kids and was seriously depleted in terms of hours of sleep, I spent ages training myself to ignore my dreams, so although I've been lucid dreaming all along, I have tried to maintain a level of denial/unconsciousness about it. I still wake up after every dream and usually make an effort to promptly forget it. . . but now I think I'm ready to start being more conscious again. |
