According to that list I'd say you're doin everything right - unfortunately, that's what they call something that "looks good on paper".
I believe there is such a thing as trying too hard. What happens is that it becomes and obsession, and that leads to stressful or desperate behavior. Stress is a dream killer - and you can't go lucid without dreams!
You can do a couple things at this point:
[list] - one week or so with no lucid intention might snap you out of it.
Try completely new techniques - WBTB, WILD, etc
Concentrate on only one technique [list]
A little tip that might help about your reality checks: when you find yourself in "reality" after checking for it, take a moment to imagine what might have happened had you found yourself in a dream at that point. This will give you some training on being able to identify something out of the ordinary in a dream (because remember, in dreams we dismiss some pretty crazy stuff as bieng "normal")
