Hello,I'm happy to have finally found a good forum about LD.I'm 19 from Bulgaria, and have had quite a few LD's tough i never really tried that hard.
The gratest problem i have is maintaining the lucidity.Usually when i understand that i'm in adream i manage to do only one r two things before i fall back again....

It's awesome that you are already quite proficient with LDs. I am sure that while you are with us, your abilities will get far better than you had ever 'imagine' d. (I couldn't resist) to the forum. I hope you have fun while you're with us.

      Hey there, Imagine - welcome

The gratest problem i have is maintaining the lucidity.Usually when i understand that i'm in adream i manage to do only one r two things before i fall back again.... [/b]
There are a few techniques out there for maintaining lucidity - one of the best known and (in my opinion) reliable is the rubbing hands technique. Once you become lucid and feel you might be losing lucidity, rub your hands together. The sensation in your hands will keep your mind focused on your "dream" body and not so much on your real body lying in bed.

There are other techniques as well, I would check out our "Attaining Lucidity" and "Lucid Experiences" sections where you might find others.

Keep us posted on your progress

Try looking at your hands. Study them for a few moments. That really helps some people. You might give it a try.
