Thread: First LD

I'v been reading about Lucid Dreaming for about 3 months now....and randomely last night I had my second lucid dream. I'v been really busy with work and everything and havn't really had time to even think about lucid dreaming...

Im pretty sure I'v had 2 lucid dreaming experiences. Both times, I found myself spinning. For example, last night I was in my old room (I just recently moved in this past year) and I was spinning to try and keep my lucidity. It felt so real and I felt like I was actually going to fall out of my bed, but I told myself I was just dreaming but I didnt know what to do next.....so everything went black and I woke up. That was the second time that happened and I just want to know how to keep these dreams coming so I can become more experienced and go further with it.
