Hello,
New to the group and have alot of learning to do.
I have alot of dreams, most of them are colorful and very vivid. When I dream I often feel like it is a dream. I can wake myself up by saying in my dream state "I know this is a dream and I am done". I will then wake up and remember the dream items that stick out, like some inportance to me or something I should learn from it. The senses of smell and touch or feel, are very clear. I never knew that there was a group to teach us more on lucid dreaming. I'm very excited, and want to learn.
