Hello, just introducing myself (and asking some questions)

Hello, I'm new here as you have probably seen ^^
I found this forum/website through Google, when I was trying to find some more information about Lucid Dreaming as the current method I was using wasn't ideal for me. It was the Wake-Back to bed method I believe.... that one wasn't working too well for me, as I don't fall asleep very easily, which causes that I fall asleep around 24:00, and I have to get up at 7:00 , and I usually need the energy and sleep for school ^^

I usually have Lucid dreams in the weekend, as I get to sleep till 10:00 or 11:00 in the weekends.
I have read a couple of topics about Lucid mp3's. I'm looking for a good mp3 which will help you go to sleep/go into a lucid dream. However, i haven't got a a pc in my bedroom, nor anything else which I can time. I got a very basic radio that plays mp3's, but that is it. Perhaps someone knows a good induction mp3 (or .wav)?

I also love to write and read

If there's anything else you'd like to know, don't be afraid to ask ^^

Hi, welcome to DV!! Have you tried the Tutorials forum? If one method doesn't work for you, there are plenty in there that might. Best thing to do is stick with one for a couple of weeks, and if it doesn't work, you could try modifying it or changing your method completely.
My dreams are more vivid if i dont' have to get up early for work, but i'm not writing them down, which is a cardinal sin in lucid dreaming!
      Are you keeping a DJ?
Hope you enjoy your stay here, feel free to PM me if you have any more questions and i'll do my best to help you out.

Thanks ^^ , I'll try one of the other methods in the Tutorials forum ^^

Yes, I am keeping a dream journal when possible... but sometimes I don't even have time to write init immediately (because of school) and then I tend to forget the dream and only remember the large lines of it.

I still got some dreams from 3 years ago in my dream diary XD

I sometimes have trouble writing my dreams down too, if i have to do an early shift at work. Why don't you try writing bullett points of the main events, characters. And then when you come home you can write a more full account. or even take your DJ in your bookbag.
