Whenever I manage to get into sleep paralysis my legs begin to shake uncontrollably every moment, as well as spasming every now and then, is this normal? Thank you. |

Happens to me sometimes..... usually it means (that's for me at least) that my leg/something else was lying in a weird/uncomfortable position |

Yeah it is probably normal. Many times when I am just trying to sleep normally I get jolted awake by a small leg twitch. However, if you read my first post you see that my attempt at dream recall resulted in pretty weird twitches in my legs and my shoulders. I was pretty nervous and scared of what was happening and had to stop it. |

I never made a scene..
They came to me....

---o--- my DCs say I'm dreamy.
Yes that is regular to happen during sleep paralysis, and the fear is normally there too your first few times, just tell yourself that it will be alright, and be 100% confident in it. It could lead to a LD, or astral projection if possible. |

I have been inducing SP lately, in order to try out OBEs. I'm getting used to them. |

Thank you all for of the replies, I'm glad to hear that this is normal. I was worried that maybe I had some sort of neurological disorder or something. It was rather distracting when I was trying to attempt a WILD. |
