Thanks. I'd read about the MILD technique before (don't remember where), and was doing it at the wrong time at one point (just as I went to bed at night rather than after waking up in between dreams).
Now that i've had a few lucid dreams should I manage to have more without as much effort? Last night during a dream I realised I was dreaming (a dog was attacking me and i knew it had to be a dream) but didn't end up having any control (I don't remember what happened afterwards, I think the dream ended and went onto another where I wasn't lucid anymore...).
Will I eventually not need the MILD technique to have lucid dreams or will I always need to repeat in my head "I will remember to realise that I'm dreaming" just to have lucid dreams?
