Everyone has dreams. You have a problem remembering them, that's all. Just concentrate harder on remembering them when you wake up. Oh, and take some b12 before bed. It always helps my memory... |

Is every sleep a dream?
Once or twice in the past ive had lucid dreams, but that was like 6 years ago. I'm 15 and i havn't been able to remember a dream in almost 3 years now, even when i try. So i cant even start my dream journal if i cant remember ONE dream.
I'm starting to doubt whether im acutally having dreams or not anymore.Sometimes we must go through Hell to get to Heaven.

Here's another piece of advice. Don't try too hard to remember. I know that sounds like reverse psychology, but if you try too hard, you don't actually remember much.
When you wake up in the morning, just lie in bed and ask yourself where you just were, what were you just doing?
That usually brings a dream back to me.
You could also try the Wake Back to Bed method listed in the tutorial. It always helps me when i need to get my recall back after a dry spell.
