      LD help

      i'v been haveing trubles whit LDing,my recall is going good,one or two dreams per night,
      can some one suggest a metod for LDing,exept WILD,and tell me about it plz,and i know that it depentds on the ppl(people) what metod to use

      WILDs aren't for everyone, I personally don't use them very often to attain lucidity

      so please check out our tutorial page: Tutorials

      there you can choose from a number of different methods of attaining lucidity and find out which works best for you

      i know i'v been on this forum long,the tutorials are messy,i want some one whit first hand XP to tell me witch one and hod they do it

      theyr'e all first hand accounts of lucid dreams posted by our members, featuring a plethora of different methods that have woked for them and how they did it

      no not 'post' in that forum....READ that forum

      soooo many members post that or similar questions, and rather than start a brand new thread everytime, it makes more sense to do the reading
