      as long as i can remember i have been controlling the dreams

      for anytime i sleep i am awake,
      for anytime i am awake i dream.
      dreams come in day and in night,
      they come awake and in sleep.


      why is this, i always control the dream like a "video game" thats what i like to call it. i am 22 and i have had the ability to do this since all my memories of dreams. not until 2000 did i come to find that they were lucid dreams. why am i like this..... all the dreams i have my ability is what i want and sometimes it is unbelievable. liike the times i try to tell people i'm sleeping, the look of fear in there eyes i swear. what is this gift. someone help me.

      Yes, as Gameover said you are a natural lucid dreamer.

      Many people, if they want to become lucid often, have to work at it by writing in dream journals, using induction techniques and other methods. There are a few however that are natural Lucid dreamers where it requires little or no effort to become lucid and the level of clarity and control can be quite high. You are one of those people.

      There are a few like you on this site, so don't think you're alone.

      I have always been able to do it too. But after reading the stuff on this site i can control it alot better, and have whole new types of dreams
