      Hello

Hey, I just figured I'd give a sort of formal hello. My name is Jack, I'm a college student in Boston, Mass., and I've been able to lucid dream in part for as long as I can remember, though I really only started to maintain excellent control over my dreams about three years ago.

I'll start my posting just as soon as I figure out the ins and outs to this forum.

      Peace,
      Jack

Hey there and welcome to the forum!
It sounds like you are a natural, and that is an excellent quality to have on here, but if you need any questions, feel free to ask!

Welcome to the forum, Jack! Sounds like you could be a great addition to DV's community, seeing as you have so much experience with LDing and control. Please feel free to post any questions or experiences you may have, and contribute to other member's questions. I'm sure you have a lot of advice and tips to offer beginners.

So how are your LDs usually induced? Do you just spontaneously become lucid, or do you do anything specific to become lucid? How did you go about gaining more control over your dreams? This is also a problem area for some people and I'm curious about how you went about doing it.

Anyway, good luck and have fun! Enjoy the forum!

Greetings from a natural to a natural.
The fun thing about this forum, if you have developed your own methods, is that you can add methods that are fresh; ideas that haven't already been shuffled around and regurgetated back and forth.

      Hello there, welcome.

It's nice to see people who are naturally lucid here, just as it is to see aspiring lucid dreamers, Nice to have you on board.

I think the whole "naturally lucid" thing was just a coincidence really. It probably had a lot to do with my nightmares as a kid. The first thing I learned how to do was recognize a nightmare, and from there, to feel my eyes in the waking life and open them up.

Shit, I'm late for work. I'll post more when I get back.
