If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow

Raised By Seeker!!!
i totally agree with seeker and LC, lucid dreaming has an incredibly positive effect on the mind and body. I feel more refreshed and "awake" after a long LD session. In fact after regular dreaming I am often more groggy and tired and have to wake up more. I think that would be a really beneficial test, the beneficial physiological effects of lucid dreams! Anyone know if that has been done before? |
