First off, I would like to say welcome to DV. Second off, the answer is yes. LDing is just like anything else you do, if you dont do something for awhile you tend to get "rusty" at it but once you get back into trying, It could come back to you. |

When I was a lot younger (about five years old) I used to be able to have Lucid dreams quite often. Only basic things like escaping from nightmares and just being aware I was in a dream. |

Don't worry, I have no idea either.

Yeah, it should be possible for you to get back into lucid dreaming. A lot of people lucid dream in their childhood and want lto learn how again. |

Absolutely. Lack of sleep, stress, and depression will all have negative effects on your ability to recall dreams, or to become lucid. |
