Try to remember your dream every time you wake up. Ask yourself. I know I just had a dream. What was it? Write down anything that comes to mind in your journal. At first it may only be a location. |

Im kind of confused as to what to begin with. I set up the dream journal and I know that i am supposed to ask during the day if i am in a dream or not. I think im supposed to wake up after a certain amount of time? kind of confused. what time do you set the alarm for? what else is there to do? |

Thanks, ill use that for the next night. This night i simply went to sleep repeating that i would remember my dream. I had more success than i have ever had. I remembered a lot of details for the journal of two dreams. However, I am surprised at how unorganized my thoughts were. |

Welcome to the forum everybody! |

you'll be amazed at how quickly you start remembering dreams if you diligently keep your dream journal, and write down dreams as soon as you wake up and remember them. |
