      Some MILD help

      Hey all.

      Tonight, like the previous night, I'm gonna try MILD.

      This time, I can't use an alarm so I have to tell myself that I'm gonna dream and that I'm gonna remember my dream, and wake up after I have had my dream.

      But I don't really get it - how shall I tell this to myself? Shall I repeat? Shall I talk or just think? For how long (if I don't stop thinking I can't sleep )?

      I just tell myself right before i go to sleep that whenever i wake up i'm going to remember my dream, and i make sure i'm really serious about it. That's about the best way i can explain it to you.
