      Waking Frustrated?

whats up everybody i cant say im new to dreaming but certainly new to posting about it. a movie actually turned me on to the further exploration of my dreams. well recently ive been having dreams as always but i accept all the weird things that occur in my dreams for example i was driving down a highway when a motorcycle hits a small pot hole shoots 20 or 30 feet in the air and lands on both wheels further down the road perfectly fine. what frustrates me is that i specifically remember thinking to myself (in my dream) im so glad i sold my motorcycle because i wouldnt be able to handle 20 or 30 foot jumps everytime i hit a pothole as if it wasnt something out of the usual. someone help i think im missing out on some pretty cool opportunities to have lucid dreams

I think if you started doing good reality checks 1-3 times a day it wouldn't be long before you do one in your dreams. Check the tutorials on RCing.

      Welcome to the forum!

Don't worry about your missed lucid opportunities just yet. Try improving on some other areas of dreaming first. Like starting a dream journal and recognizing some common dreamsigns. Then you can develop some reality checks that relate to what you commonly dream about. Check out the Quick Start Tutorial for some pointers (and also the rest of the tutorials!).

Feel free to post any questions or experiences you may have. Good luck and have fun!
