After 15 days and 60 posts i rekon this place for info and motivation/support is the perfect spot to progress LD OBE or whatever u may do
Websites arn't enough, u need interaction and this got it all mate....im from downunder so just sayin thanks from the south

byt the way ill post what ive obtained so far...hopefully other noobs will too

increased meditation abilites and concentration spans for learning astral projection
excellent memory recall and journal logging
been adopted by ffx-dreamz
welcomed very nicely by all the moderators and members alike
provided and learning about many aspects of dreaming and associated areas

also a tonne of other stuff........but i rekon ill stik around and see how far i can progress, maybe ill obe sucessfully before 100 posts..if not then sht happens.........
