      Hi

      I have joined this site as I wish to fine tune my lucid dreaming abilities.

      I do lucid dream frequently and did at one point be able to do so at will, but this stopped a while back.

      I once had a lucid dream whereby I went outside and the birds in the trees were watching me and whispering "she can understand what we say", it was very odd!

      Anyway I hope this will be fun and I learn some new stuff.
