Firstly, hello and welcome!
I'd say that first read the "Acronym List", "Lucid Dreaming FAQ", and "Lucid Dreaming Quick Start Tutorial", as they will give you general information on Lucid Dreaming. Start with the acronym list, as knowing what the hell all the acronyms are will help you A LOT. I don't know if the FAQ or Quick Start Tutorial is better for a starter, but I am guessing the Quick Start tutorial as your second read, and the FAQ afterwards to answer questions you have. After you've read up on the basics, I don't think there is an order you should read it in, just read whatever interests you. Also, while there are 30+ tutorials, there is no need to read them all. They are like a reference library; if you don't undertand something, or want to learn something you look up that article, and read it, and don't read the stuff you don't need to know/aren't interested in.
