Hi! My friend told me about this site some 6 months ago, but the problem with me is that I'm very lazy, so although I found this most interesting I was to lazy to read it and finally start exploring my dreams. He told me of this because I often talked to him about my dreams, since we both remember much of them. I already experienced some lucid dreaming but failed to remain in them for much longer then a few seconds, I have one lucid dream every month I would say, and (when I'm not under a lot of stress) I'm capable of remembering up to 3 dreams from one night. As I read here, this is a good start to enter the world of lucid dreaming and I hope I will not be too lazy to do so. I find dreams extremely exciting except my nightmares, wich where sometimes combined with false awakenings and made me wake up screaming, i.e. it was pretty scary to see my dead grandfather, in my room, staring at me after I thought I woke up. And very nice when I once (I believe) gained control over my dream for a short period of time and managed to kiss a girl I liked for a long time before waking up...
One more thing, I would like to ask if it is possible that I gained control over my dreams since I haven't done any of the steps that are described here, but I think it did happen several times over the past few years. It lasted very short though.
Well, I'm glad to be here and I wish you all pleasant dreams.
