      The "Losing your teeth dream"

When I was on the page reading where it is normal to have a dream where you are losing your teeth because you worry alot really freaked the hell out of me, because I've had it so many times. I never really thought about it until now, pretty crazy stuff I think.

      Hey, welcome to the forum.
Yep, losing your teeth is a classic anxiety dream. Its usually related to how you feel about yourself as a person in real life, be it the physical image you feel you are portraying to people, or your social interactions.
Last time i had this dream was right before i took my boyfriend to america to meet my parents. I dreamed all my teeth fell out, and that i had to have false ones. I remember saying to someone in the dream 'I can't go to America with false teeth!'
At the time, i was worried about what my parents would think of him, and how they would feel about me having a boyfriend!
If you have this dream again, when you wake up, ask yourself what's bothering you...
'all of the moments that already passed/
try to go back and make them last.'

Same here - I never knew that the teeth falling out dream was so common! I attributed it to having braces for a second time in real life, not worry or anxiety. There's interesting stuff on this site.

I've had the dream a few times, too, and it always freaks me out rather well! I've yet to dream of losing all of my teeth though - usually I'll bump my mouth or bite something in the dream and one tooth will become loose. Then, whoops - there goes that tooth! The worst time was when my two front teeth fell out in a dream. It was very gross, and all my other teeth felt loose after they came out. I woke up in an absolute panic.

Looking back now, I had that dream right around the time when I was working on my undergraduate defense, so I think I might have been stressed out a little bit!

I went through that, for the first time, a couple months ago. I've always heard about how common the teeth-falling-out dream is. Even my mom, who hardly remember any of her dreams whatsoever, has told me that that is the one recurring dream that she's always had, since she was a kid, and still has.

I found it funny though, that my experience with it had to be induced by such a strange scenario, though. I was a werewolf and had gotten into a brawl with a bunch of other werewolves. My friends and I had escaped and turned back into humans and were driving away from the battlegrounds, clothes shredded and covered in blood. I noticed one of my teeth were loose because of the fight and I threw it out the window, then another, and another, until they were just coming out uncontrollably. Haha. That's the only time I've ever had that experience, though.

I've never had a "loosing your teeth dream" (at least as far as I can remember). I have however had a lot of "coming late dreams;" apparently also very common. Does it say anywhere what it means?

When I read taht at the time I didn't think I had ever had a dream like that, however I did have a dream where I was able to take my teah out individually so that I could clean them properly. Haha, is that sort of the same thing or completely differen't?
