      Hey

I'm new here and I just wanted to say this is a pretty cool forum. As far as LD experience, I have very little. I always have little to no control in my dreams, but hopefully that will change. You all seem so nice, so I just wanted to say hi to everyone.
      One day it'll take,
      And they'll start to make,
      Shirts that fit right.

      Welcome to the forum!

I have little control, too , however in one of my LDs I've found out that if I want ot have good dream control, is important to be calm and believe I'll be successful.

what likenight says is true, if you believe you can control your dreams, then nothing will stop you from gaining full lucidity. if you have trouble remaining in a state of lucidity, focus on your surroundings and remind yourself that you are in control.

Hi, welcome to the board. Have you checked out the tutorial forum? that has some good tutorials on recall and gaining lucidity, and also holding onto it once you've got it.
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
